Besides the (bad) joke, the fact that steam has changed its refund rules is a very good thing... even if I'm gonna wait for the fix.

luckily i didn't buy it yet. will buy it when they fix it and re-release it. hopfully but i seriously doubt they will re-release it at a cheaper price (due to all the problems the orginal release had) but until then at least i have Witcher 3 and look forward to Hyperdimension Neptunia Rebirth 3 ( as i have 1 and 2)

No date as of yet. Probably be some time before it comes back out again. Which is rather annoying!

I don't know what was promised or expected by others since I didn't really follow anything about the game; the press releases or chatter leading to the game. I just saw that a new Batman Arkham game was coming out on Steam and pre-ordered it. Simple as that. Maybe that's why I'm not at all disappointed with the game. I've been playing it and I'm almost at the end now. I haven't ran into any technical problems, it looks great, and it's been fun. I just started looking at all the reviews and this thing about sales being suspended and was shocked. I had no ideal there had been issues with it. From where I'm sitting I don't get it. I'm just glad I've got my copy. I'm probably going to play it again right after I beat it. I love it.

Well, I like it too. Looking forward to play it with more than 15 FPS.

It's unfortunate that a lot of people are having a frame rate problem. I wonder why I'm not.

what was expected was that the game wouldn't be locked to 30Fps period average PC's are not boxes of slow and outdated hardware like these so called "next gen" consoles.

But that's besides the point when somebody with a high end PC is struggling to get 60FPS in 1080P then that is unacceptable.

Devs need to learn the kind of sloppy and lazy programming that console gamers scoop up like a starving man will not fly with the PC Gamer crowd.1080P@60FPS and good mouse/Keyboard UI and control scheme are an absolute minimum for a PC port.

Seems like devs are pushing this "console parity" nonsense in a attempt to make console gamers think their machine isnt a box of worthless outdated tat and this is just the latest attempt at it.
