ARK: Survival Evolved Discussion
Exactly my thoughts, there is no reason what so ever that this game runs at 15-25 fps, and it doesnt deserved to be called even an alpha it's broken beyond playable.
I played many alpha games and most of them came above 30 fps right out of the box and some even played at 60 fps solid like H1z1.
Anyway I asked for a refund, I have no patience for another Dayz alpha kind fiasco.
Edit: Wow that was fast! Steam already refunded me, way to go steam.

Well, that's refreshing. Steam actually doing the right thing regarding a poorly made Alpha is a good step. Now we need them to take the next step and start requiring more from these Devs for games they submit.
And please, Steam, don't let them think an unfinished game is ok. The Devs need to understand that an unfinished game will affect their ability to sell a game on Steam in the future. I hope more players did what you did and demended their money back for this one.
Take a look at this guy's review: Link this is one of the merciless reviews I ever watched but at the end he still decides it's worth a buy because he thinks it has a future.
Well when I'll see this so called future I'll consider repurchasing it.

You know what set the hook in this guy. That gorgeous forestry environment. Then he says it takes 10 minutes to load. And he bought it anyway. SMH. I can't see it, there's just too many decent games out there waiting to be played. Oh, well.

Which Cpu and Gpu are you playing on now Sapphire?
You can see what King's using (in his siggy info) and he was still getting really low fps.
GTX 680, i7-3820 CPU. I'm working on getting the money for upgrades but it's comming along slowly lol
