Witcher 3, The - Wild Hunt Message Board  

Same problem as everyone else. Running steam version of the game. Seems the trainer locks up after hitting F1 and get the "trainer activated" dialog. Exit out of game and try to close trainer but it hangs for about 10-15 seconds then the trainer screen flickers once and the game running icon is now green(yellow when I exited game and went to desktop)even though game is closed. I've tried re-downloading but no luck. Funny how it works for some people and had no problems with previous version.

After patch 1.06 trainer doesnt work also, Pressing F1, that does work, but numpad dont..

My original installation was from the retail CDs so I wondered if it could be that. Uninstalled and downloaded from GOG but without any joy.

and that's where it gets stuck and the trainer only unfreezes about 30 seconds after the game is closed.

There is, at least on my Side, something wrong with the Patch.

I did a clean install, patched to 1.06, started a new Game and now most of the Map Filters are gone except for the Map Markers, no question signs or other markers on the Map.

It´s still getting worse...instead of better (sigh)

The Trainer works fine for me

Patch 1.06 Gog Version on Win7 x64

When I started playing this morning the game patched to 1.06. The 1.05 trainer worked with the new patch. I played for a few hours and then took a break for lunch (I closed the game and trainer). When I started playing an hour or so later I got the same issue as others have said.
So I downloaded the new trainer, and I still have the issue of numbers keys doing nothing in game.

likely the GOG situation will correct when pwiz posts the new trainer. if the current trainer is working fine for you, then go ahead with it. otherwise please wait until pwiz posts the new trainer.
