ok so I deleted my trainer.
downloaded the latest trainer
ran trainer
ran witcher 3 (we have steam version)
loaded savegame that was submitted
tested XP and Level, both working
started gwent game
pressed gwent option
no crash
won the round
turned gwent off
no crashes
trainer is current and working tested here.
make sure you
1) delete your trainer
2) download the latest trainer

Just deleted and replaced. Everything works besides Add Level and Experience.
Here's my save.
Getting an instant CTD on cutscenes with trainer activated.
Crash occurs with trainer Health and Stamina options active, as well as just an activated trainer without any options active.
Using June 1st Trainer version, deleted the previous trainer and re-downloaded June 1st.
Didn't have CTD issue on cutscenes with the May 30th version of the trainer.
Save game attached.
Issue SOLVED
1 In Steam Library went to Witcher 3 OPTIONS
2 In OPTIONS > LOCAL FILES > VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE
3 After verification, Steam downloaded some file (4.6MB)
4 Restarted PC, just in case
Game and Trainer run without any issues now.
Running trainer with "Run as administrator" and added as an exception in my antivirus.
Tried the same VERIFY method for Hitman, also runs perfectly now.

So far your method is working good sir. Been playing for about an hour now with no CTDs. Thanks a ton mate! 😀
Hi everyone !
With the version of the trainer (1.06.2016) i have random CDT's . Like in the attached Savegame (before a fight with the bandits. Fight begins , I use Health Key, Fight continues for a minute , then exits to desktop. Other cases were after the meeting with Regis earlier in the Game where I circumvented the CDT by not starting the game with the trainer (which was possible then, because there was no complicated fight following the scene)

Just to poke ya, a poster has already given a possible rememdy, which has worked for me in concern to the random CTD's. You need to verify the integrity of the game files for the game in steam.
