Asking a company to endeavor to fulfill orders in the specialized manner that it has done - for the better part of the last five years - is completely fair and honest.
Every company has a specialty. "Super Acceleration," is clearly one of this site's mainstays, that is particularly unique to this site.
Now, if we were told to, "be patient," than that would be an entirely different story. But, unless "mrpayday" works for this site... than, that is not what we have been told here.
If something will take more time, or simply cannot be achieved, due to some unforeseen programming incompatibilities... than that is all that needs to be said.
But, when I hear that something is, "extremely difficult," it just sounds like an excuse.
Yeah... making game trainers is generally, "extremely difficult," for the customers and the amateurs, which is why these particular customers have paid a Professional for the service... because, it's not supposed to be, "extremely difficult," for the Professionals, that have been coming up with the product, time and time again, year in and year out, almost without fail.
I mean, it's not like this site is going to provide its, "Super Acceleration," methodology - open source - so that we can all work on the problem together. If they did, than it would also allow other unaffiliated trainer makers to tap into additional market share, that has otherwise been monopolized by this site, for some time now.
BUSINESS 101 - CUSTOMER SERVICE 101:
Companies should never-ever tell Customers that they, "should be thankful," or, that they should feel grateful, for anything... period.
Companies should should never-ever threaten to take away product fulfillment, or unilaterally cancel the contract, as an alternative to the preposterous demand of their own Customers being required to be, "thankful," regardless of the condition of the product.
As paying Customers, we have the right to decide for ourselves what makes us happy, thank you very much. (no pun intended)
All of the rest... including the immature public discourse, as a poor excuse for Customer Service - that has gone unabated for years - is wholly unwarranted.
Last I checked, this was not some, Cult, where we all pay homage to some psychopath. This is supposed to be a legitimate business.
So, let's try to grow up a bit, and act the part, particularly as it pertains to the interaction with Customers. The tired act of the, tyrannical, website overlord has run its course... and worn itself out, has it not?
As a member since 2009, I have tried to stay out of the forums... precisely because of the repeated undue beratings of Customers, by this site, for some time now.
Sometimes it's best to stay above the fray. But, as a paying Customer, I've grown tired of the sheer absence of any professionalism, of any kind, by this website... as to how it interacts with its Customers.
Not being cheeky, but there are seminars that teach how to provide better Customer Service, and proper Customer Service.
Ultimately, even if every trainer cannot be sorted... Customers, at the very least, deserve some legitimate Customer Service.
Perhaps this post will not be popular. But, some things just need to be said.
that was subsequently DELETED, but escalated things to Jerk status, where YOU (laughably) are telling US, a subscription site that has 70000 paying subscribers with growth year over year, that we need to take seminars on proper Customer Service, when the PROBLEM is actually YOU. We dont like being called PSYCHOPATHS, nor people who tell us what our jobs is or what trainer options CAN or CANT be done on a title, when clearly we define our services in the TOS when people subscribe.
Now as much as I like peeling away acidic layers from a know it all FRUIT like yourself, or dropping the proverbial hammer down on NUTS who seem to be painfully unaware of their own ridiculous behavior and writings, I am asking you FOR THE LAST TIME, to please let this go. There isn't a site on the net that has all of our content and trainer options... we don't HAVE to brag about it, it JUST IS. the fact that all of our innovations and many of our trainer options and even our trainer CODE ITSELF is plagiarized and outright RIPPED OFF is just further proof. and that isn't BY ACCIDENT. For every single "poor customer service" or "unhappy post" we can find a dozen more happy customers. The truth is that most people who don't LIKE THEIR SERVICE are generally people who RARELY CAN BE SATISFIED BY ANYONE.

Please do us, and really YOURSELF a favor, and move on. It doesn't seem like this is the correct cheat site for you. It really IS, but for some reason this ONE TITLE and the fact that the engine for it doesn't allow us to make the trainer you have in your mind, is just too much to take. So you felt the need to drone on with a 1000 word diatribe about how crappy we are, and then are perplexed when both WE and MEMBERS here reject you and your barbed statements?

have a nice day. We are pleased to have ALL of our members here. We cannot ALWAYS provide the options that users want or even EXPECT. But it isn't because we didn't try, or are "phoning it in". Now this can just be a memory or you can make it worse. I hope that you will just enjoy the site, accept that we cannot do more with this title, and all of us live on
I'm not the one quoting posts from six weeks ago, or responding to replies from three weeks ago, not even directed at me.
The real question is: Why haven't you let it go?
It has been stated to stop posting on this subject and I will re-iterate for the final time. Every subsequent post about it will receive a moderation warning and a penalty of -100 posts. I don't care what kind of post you may have for it after this post, how you interpret this post, or whatever: DO NOT POST IT. If it's really that pressing of an issue, take it to PM.

Most people do not like drama when their lives are peaceful. If you have a problem with another user for something completely unrelated to the boards, please keep it off site and on IMs. While it may be entertaining to some, it's just a headache to others (especially mods). If a topic becomes heated, try to contain it in the topic alone and put it out before it blows up (this usually means one of you will have to stop and ignore the other).
