When did Steam start blocking links to CH posted in Steam's chat? I've traded links with other CH members for a long time. Today I posted one to Linesma in chat and Steam is now blocking them:
Link Blocked!
This link has been flagged as potentially malicious.
www.cheathappens.com/trainers.asp has been flagged as being potentially malicious. For your safety, Steam will not open this URL in your web browser. The site could contain malicious content or be known for stealing user credentials.

Just checked www.virustotal.com and CH is still being reported 0/62 - not one of 62 different URL scanners is reporting any problems with CH.
Also, at Sitecheck:
sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/www.cheathappens.com
Status: No Malware Detected by External Scan. Additional Actions: Recommended!

It's possibly because you were trying to link to an .asp page. Active-X (aka Active Server Pages) is still used by many exploits today.
Try without the trainers.asp in the url. Or better use a short url redirection.

This seems to be an issue for Steam lately, they're blocking a lot of links that aren't necessarily malicious or harmful at all.
I've had a lot of problems with this as well, but an annoying solution is c/p. It'll take longer than clicking, but the block is gonna take a lot of time as well.
Ayy lmao

@Dab
I tried just www.cheathappens.com and Steam still blocked it. They may be using a new filtering system? After blocking, the URL is:
You're right, that's like the third time the last coupla weeks some link was blocked. I then tried posting various links in Steam chat. For comparison, I tried links to Mr Antifun trainers and a couple of ******'s URLs. No problems. And no problems with Megacheats, CheatCodes or CoSMOS.
When I tried Nexus mods, I got:
Notice: You are leaving Steam.
www.nexusmods.com is not an official Steam site.
Is it possible PWiz has to request being added/removed to their filter? That or something new is triggering the blocked warning now.

This is not the first time something like this has happened. I don't think it's because anyone thinks the site is unsafe but possibly the nature of the site. A couple of weeks ago steam was deleting any Messages containing kickass.to links and similar piracy sites.
