Anybody got the "Numpad 9: Attribute Points" to work? Can't seem to be able to get it activated

Nope, it's a dead input key for me as well. Same thing with the "." input for skill points, it has no effect.

me either. cant make numpad 9 option get worked. I also tried to change the number to a different key. but no success.
