Yes Raptr and AMD evolved are the exact same program. On 1 of my Pc's(Intel) it says Raptr, on the other PC(AMD) it says Amd Gaming Evolved. It is the same account with the same hours and same games but just under a different title.
In fact if you notice when you go to the website it is raptr.com

Never really noticed that till I looked lol. I do have to say they have stopped the sweepstakes..... Not happy about that. I got nothing to spend my points on.
