For some reason my other account HellsFate was banned or marked as inactive and i want to know why.

For some reason my other account Hells-Fate was banned or marked as inactive and i want to know why. i dont think i did anything against the TOS. and if it was an issue of signing in with multiple ip's its cause i use my phones for internet and they constantly change networks everytime i log into it. If its a different reason i want to know why so i can atleast give a reason/explanation.
