Numpad 1: Unlimited Party Energy - toggle on and each soldier in your party
will have unlimited energy. Put their shields up and they are invincible.
Also many weapons rely on energy so you can fire those weapons at will.

I don't know if the game has been updated (I just got it on Steam today) but the trainer does not appear to work. PM me if you want more info.
