It's possible that your Anti Virus is doing that, like for instance Real Time Scanning. Make sure to disable your A/V and Firewall completely, OR add it to your Exception list so it's ignored. Right-click on the trainer and run As Admin.
Don't forget the Troubleshooting Guide. Every possible issue is more than likely covered there.

"After finishing the whole game with most cheats activated, i found out that the SP cheat works only on claire & not for the rest of the raid mode characters. & the invisibility mode in "litlle miss" episode works rarely almost to none, you'll get spotted everytime you try to sneak past the revenants. The easy kill, ultra speed, heal party, Inf ammo, items, flashlight, extra BP & gold works like a charm. The "add SP" feature needs some work & invisibility mode needs a little tweak, maybe it is a script issue during those extra episodes since it works mostly on the main campaign (even in countdown mode & invisible enemy mode)."
oh, in that case my response is the same thing I said the previous 3 times.
we aren't updating/changing/modifying this trainer any more.
