I just downloaded your personalized trainer and it launched just fine. Something on your end is blocking it.

Please disable/uninstall all antivirus, firewall and other security software including browser addons and extensions. Right click "Run as Administrator" on trainer and game. Please note that some security products may still block access to trainer injection even when disabled and must be completely uninstalled. If this is the case, please contact the product vendor for instruction on the proper way to prevent the trainers from being blocked by their software or find a better alternative.

How to use the Editor? With those functions 'Change Crew Spawn Enemies Reveal Map Toggle HUD', and others.
There is no usual trainer frame when I'm trying to launch it. Window 10, I'm getting the message where the system asks me how I want to open a .tmp file (doesnt tells me anything about the file), then my antivirus deletes the trainer telling me there is a virus. Even if I'm turning the anitivir off, it doesnt changes the fact the trainer constantly asks me to open a .tmp file, and it's meaningless.
That happens only to editors from this site. Usual trainers work normally, but no one editor opens, and only tells me about those .tmp files it cant open.
That's if the editor is placed in the desktop.
When the editor is placed somewhere in a folder on a disk, there is no effect ater launching it at all. The process of 'cheathappens' appears in the list of system processes, but no frame of the trainer, nothing else visible.

That is because something is blocking your trainer, windows trying to open .tmp with a prompt only happens with antivirus blocking.

I pause my antivirus and add exclusion, unpause, relaunch, make sure you have dotnet4.5 and you should be fine.

This trainer is much better than the older one, no crashing! I use the game wiki to get names of items and add them. You can even manipulate luck value.

I have the same issue even when I desactivate my AV. My AV is ESET NOD32.

What is your issue? The trainer has launched fine on your screenshot.
