    Lead the way then, who are some examples you think are more to the point? I looked at a Black History site earlier today that had information and read this:

    Well, OK. Looks like I'm getting trashed here. I live in Germany and I only attended a Canadian high school for a year as a student and another one later, as a teacher. I don't really know any African-Americans but quiet a few African people. I still remember the point of Black History Month being the raising of awarness of what Afro-Americans achieved in history and society. Sports and entertainment may be part of it but certainly not the most important thing.
