I was using a trainer (Space Run) this morning with everything working fine. I closed down the game and trainer then started it up again about an hour later. It said I was an invalid user. I closed them both and restarted them. After a few tries everything was working again. Now every trainer says "banned user". I haven't restarted the computer or made any changes since I booted up this morning.

I've been using SurfEasy, could that be the problem?

I use two computers (laptop and desktop) with the trainers for years and not had a problem but I thought I would bring it up just in case.

I would imagine there would be an email or some communication that I was truly banned. I've followed all the rules concerning keeping the trainers for personal use.

I'll try my computer at home but have I been banned and if so can I fix it?

Using any kind of VPN or proxy software can interfere with the authentication process.
