can anyone post an example of how to get the console commands to work? especially the attribute one.

attributescore player might 20

Just like that works for me. Don't type your name, just type player. You don't need any _ either. The instructions I've seen are all pretty garbage, I just had to mess with it until I found that to work. For other character type their name instead.

for other characters do this first:

hoover mouse over the companion icon to see its in game name

for example kana

then in console type findcharacter kana

it shows something like this companion_kana(clone)_1

then use attributescore companion_kana(clone)_1 might xx

more might means more damage btw

more commands

ToggleSpellLimit - makes you ignore spell limits.
FreeRecipesToggle - allows crafting without having the ingredients.
CraftingDebug - gives you all kinds of crafting supplies, a great amount of them.
AddItem itemname number - example: AddItem misc_troll_head 1 (the names of the items are the names of the files located in PillarsOfEternity_Data\assetbundles\prefabs\objectbundle)
GivePlayerMoney number
AddExperience number
AddExperienceToLevel number -- gives you enough experience to reach level "number"
Skill charname skillname value - example: Skill player stealth 10 (player is what you type in when you mean your own character). Example2: Skill Companion_BB_Rogue(Clone)_3 stealth 10
AttributeScore charname attribute value - example: AttributeScore player might 20 (this is base attribute score, so sometimes you'll end up with a slightly higher score because of racial bonuses)
AddAbility charname abilityname - example: AddAbility player Defender (the names of the abilities can also be found in PillarsOfEternity_Data\assetbundles\prefabs\objectbundle)
AddTalent talentname - (same here)

so it didn't work. it says in yellow text "no command or script 'attributescore' accepting 3 parameters exists". which is different from what it was saying earlier, is there something that must be activated first? any help would be very appreciated I'm kind of new to this.

Anyone figure out how to get AddTalent to work? I type it in, hit enter and nothing.

You just need to type f.e: AddTalent weaponfocusadventurer

Do not use spaces between words, or use _ between words (shadowing_beyond for example) and do not add abilities that are not for your class (i did it and it messed up my game). If You are not sure which name of the talent/skill is correct just find it in PillarsOfEternity_Data\assetbundles\prefabs\objectbundle folder

I'm playing on a MAC and can't get the textbox to open, I've tried everything. Some sources say to press tilde, other's something else. Can anyone please help?
