No she is correct. That is how it's done. I used to by games and such from sites that dealt in British pounds. When you pay it will convert it or for me it gives me the option to have paypal convert it or my credit card company convert it.

Good idea. Keep it that way.
In steam for example games that cost 60$ in USA, cost 20$ for us in Russia. And can be bought in russian currency. So I thought...etc.

Yes, the games are cheaper in Russia, cuz russians can't afford normal prices due to the value of their currency. But CH ain't a game developer and they spend a lot of money to get a bunch of games to make trainers, there won't be other discounts than the codes they give out once in a while.
