Do we know of a console command for floating or nocliping. As I cant reach one of the Shards in hinterland as you have to jump on those weird pilers. It keeps pushing me off with any of the characters I use.

Are you talking about the shard where the high dragon is? I was able to jump from pillar to pillar it just takes a few tries.

If there was one, someone would have solved the bugged Hinterland mosaic that is stuck in a wall in the wolf den. So I don't think anyone's found a way yet.
But as Spazzer said, you can just jump on the rocks around the pillar to get up.

I for some reason found it easiest to do as Cassandra after falling 4 times as my elf I did it first try as her lol.
