Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I forgot my secret question answer and would like to ask for a reset.
I hope it is understandable since I hadn't had a need for it since i joined in 2008.

and now i need to change my email since I do not use the email i joined with anymore.
that may also be a problem though, since i do not have access to it anymore and I guess the reset goes through the email.
