I thank everyone for there support. So, I going to give it one more try. I have noticed recently that the num pad keys do not always work. Even if I am using the alpha just as a computer.

Well, if that's the case then you really need to get the keys working before trying to use them on a trainer or anything else. I would think you should ask Alienware support for help with that. The service has always been good.

You could possibly remap the numpad keys to other keys as DabHand suggested but who knows which other keys may also be a problem. IMO, I think you need to start out knowing your PC is working properly. Otherwise you'll never know what's causing what if you have a problem.

Well it is a cross breed between a PC and console of sorts.

I haven't seen the keyboard yet for it. And since it is fairly new the information on it is very scarce. I would have to see one to see what is going on.

But I thought the Trainer Customizer would have worked where you can assign keys for options.

It's a PC that is suppose to make gaming easier like a console. It doesn't I can use it just like a PC, but I can't get the customizer to work.

I just watched a video presentation about the Alpha done in September. It said that it didn't ship with a keyboard or mouse, just the controllers, cables, etc.?

So if your keyboard is one from Alienware, they should be able to help. If not, you might want to try another one to see if you get the same results.

This video shows selecting Console Mode or Desktop Mode. Then it says launch Console mode to play games and desktop mode to use as a PC. So, you've dloaded the game and installed it and have selected Desktop mode to play?

Yes, desktop mode is the only way to use trianers, But the only problem I still have after everyones help is the num pad not working. Alienware told me they can't help because my keyborad was not made by them. So, I ordered one of there's and will see what happens. I won't get it until the 5th. So, wish me luck
    Thank You Everyone.

If the keyboard you tried was working on another PC, and if you're sure you had the Numlock On, I'm not 'feeling' that another KB will be your answer. But I try to be optimistic, and I absolutely wish you good luck with the new KB.

I'm interested how it turns out, keep us posted when you get it.

Here is hoping it works. If not then something on their system is stopping it function properly.
