Far Cry 4 Message Board  

This isn't a request to CH staff, mainly to the players who played the game, can anyone upload a save game somewhere after the initial prologue? thanks a bunch.

I second this request. Its very irritating when the game glitches out and you have to sit through the whole 20-30min prologue again with no way to expedite it.

i got a save (Uplay version), done 1 mission after prologue and then collected most of the stuff in the first area

if you could tell me where the savegames are located, i would be happy to upload it

perhaps i should mentioned that this is a save with the preorder limited edition + season pass, don't know if it would be unuseable for people without those things?

UPlay savegames are ALWAYS account locked, sadly.

you 100 % on that?, i distinctly remember getting a Uplay save for Far cry 3 from a family member, and that worked fine 🤔

I am pretty sure that 0x90 is correct. With FC 3 I found several save games online, and worked with every possible option on my computer for days on end, and FC 3 only recognized the saved game once, and after an update from Ubi, it never worked again. There were people posting work arounds online, and I still tried for over two weeks and it never worked.

*Correction, I don't know about "all" Uplay games, as I was able to use a save game for Watch Dogs from right here on CH.*

Unless you share the same account yes, I'm 100% sure on that. I was never be able to use any sent savegame on several uplay games. But if you talk about family member, maybe there is a family sharing function like Steam recently added?!

2 diffrent accounts, and it worked fine

and now we have the guy above who says it also works with Watch dogs, while you say that Uplay games are 100 % account locked, who's right? 🤔 😵
