I would love to see a timer Freeze option

Infinite items would do just fine. Inf health, no hunger and better equipment can easily substituted with inf food items, medicine and raw materials to upgrade the workshop and create more advanced equipment. Note that you can build makeshift weapons and protection, if i recall correctly, from the workshop. Besides, not dying would suck out any fun in the game, not to mention adding more options means adding more waiting time before we get the trainer. A single inf item options = we're good to go. Btw, are the starting characters always randomized? I start of with a sick football player, a war reporter, and a chef who had his own tv show.

Mostly I would like to see an option to edit your starting equipment in one of the cupboards or something, to give yourself a few AK-47 and couple hundred rds of ammunition for them, maybe some helmets and armored vests too.

OMG you guys keep asking for everything in the damn game wants the point. And like they said the more stuff you ask/want means more and more waiting, you can find all the crap in game, the only thing we really need is the backpack space, maybe a pause or add to clock timer and like I said maybe meds. But all we really really need is more backpacking space.

Yes the start is random, and you can get 3-4 people at a time, may or may not be sick/wounded.

yeah I agree, more backpack space is a must. Also infinite on item will be great.
