Count me in.
I just bought the game from steam on 3-4, and game crashes as soon as I activate trainer.
I purchased all DLC available too, dunno if that helps.

me too. antivirus/malware are off, ran as admin, game will crash upon activation if activated from Menu screen. It won't crash when you start your game; however once I gain gold, crashes. Doesn't occur if trainer is off.

Also to note, my game hasn't patched since downloading the trainer. Being here long as I have, I tend to not let games update unless I know CH has made an updated trainer for patch.

I also have all DLCs. Bought game on 2/23/2015. Played once with trainer and haven't played it since until today and noticed the crashes with trainer.

Winblows 8 64bit.

we don't make trainers or test them with DLC. current trainer tested and working fine with current steam game and no DLC.

I have the same problem. Game crashes after I press F1 in the main menu. When I active trainer for 1.4 and 1.3 version, game doesn't crash. Every time you press desired option you can hear activated but it doesn't change anything in the game.

ok so I just tested legit uplay/steam version of the game and tested trainer downloaded from site and the trainer works perfectly.

15 minutes wasted.

something is likely blocking the trainer..

I'm sorry Caliber you felt you wasted 15 minutes. Your time is extremely valuable and I've always appreciated your work and support. Coming from a background of white box QA testing, just because you're not able to validate the issue doesn't mean the issue doesn't exist.

As you can see I have a legit copy. Secondly, I do not have any antivirus/malware programs running that would block the trainer. I've successfully ran the trainer on 2/24/2015 which was the last time I played. On my last post on this thread was when I decided to play the game again, it started crashing. Maybe the game's build had updated and we are unaware. In Steam, under the game's properties > Local Files, the build shows to be 522235, which is also shown in my screenshot.

Since, I have un-installed and re-installed the game. re-downloaded the trainer and nothing appears to resolve the issue. If you need a copy of my exe, please let me know. I've never reported an issue with a trainer in the past that wasn't valid. Let me know if there is anything else I can provide to help you. Again, thank you greatly for your time.

A previous post by you may be indicating that you are using DLC with the game. The trainer is not supported for DLC and may or may not work.

understood. However, I've had the DLCs from the beginning when the trainer worked. Nothing on my part has changed since and no new DLC were downloaded. Though, I am not disagreeing that it may still be the cause, however, I lean on it being unlikely as there are previous posts stating others having DLC and trainer is operating. Again, all speculative. What is true is an issue exists.
