I recently downloaded STRONGHOLD: CRUSADER MEGA TRAINER 1.2 & STRONGHOLD: CRUSADER EXTREME MEGA TRAINER CRUSADER 1.2 unfortunately neither of the zip files contained a trainer only a read through. These downloads have still been counted against my monthly usage so I was hoping I could get those 2 exclusive downloads uses back

disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software including browser addons and extensions.

Thanks for the reply, tried your suggestion disabled my antivirus and re-downloaded the trainers but both still just contained the read.me file. I've used your trainers quite a few times before and never had a problem with my antivirus blocking them. Any other Ideas?

No, they download fine here. Something on your end is blocking them. Most likely AV, firewall and other security software with browser extensions or addons.
