When I try to use the jackpot editor, it only gives me preset options. How do I actually edit the values to change the outcome? There is no place for me to put a value in.

It has been removed on latest update. The latest update gives you a bunch of pre defined options to choose from. Actually one of the options must be what you are looking for.
