Was this ever resolved? I am unable to run the trainer either. I've added it to the AV whitelist and I have tried running the trainer with the AV disabled too.

Please verify that you use our latest trainer v1.0.50.1100103 with the latest/updated game version. When in doubt delete the old trainer and download it here again.

Okay so I got the trainer to load. I had to disable bitdefender, restart and then launch the trainer. I guess once bitdefender prevents the tmp file from being created it will always do that until you restart. If you do not restart with the AV disabled then the trainer never launches.
Have you whitelisted the trainer and the Windows TMP folder (temporarily) or only the files that are created by the trainer?
I have created one folder for all trainers and whitelisted this folder in my AV. When it comes to the tmp files I deactivate the AV so I see what files are created and need to be added to the whitelist.
