same here

I have used the trainers here before this is the first time this windows msg box came up when I click to start the trainer.

Windows cannot find 'C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Temp\CH_Temp.tmp'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.

I then tried a Borderlands 2 trainer and it worked fine..?

The trainer used to work fine on Windows 7, but it crashes on activation on Windows 10. Any tip?

Either something is interfering with it or the game has updated. Check your game version against trainer version. Disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. Right click run as admin on trainer. Make sure windows temp folder has full rights. This is one of the few trainers that Windows Defender doesn't get along with, which is installed by default on Win 10.

The trainer doesn't launch correctly for me. I run it, I get the UAC admin message (yes), I see a grey box that says customized for Shadewing, that disappears and I get a windows message asking 'how do you want to open this file type (tmp)?'. Then I dismiss that and nothing happens. The previous version runs correctly but it crashes the game.

I've disabled anitvirus, firewall, windows defender. I've restarted the computer, checked the temp folder security settings and it still wont run.

I also noticed the trainer is half the size of the previous version: Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel Trainer 1.0.107582.107582 - 1024 KB, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel Trainer 1.0.50.1100103 - 592 KB. I don't know if this is what it's meant to be but I re-downloaded it 3 times to check.

This is a direct sign of something blocking it, not right clicking run as admin on the trainer or not having full rights to the windows temp folder. It could also be something corrupting the download like a browser addon or extension, but if that were the case then it probably wouldn't run at all and give you the customized message.

I just downloaded your personalized trainer, the same exact file that you downloaded from us and it runs just fine on my PC.

Ugh, my edit vanished. Got it working by fully disabling Windows Defender and Malwarebytes. Seems a exclusion rule isn't enough for this particular trainer. :P
