Thanks so much for the trainer! Only played for about 10 minutes so haven't used too much of the editor yet.
One problem I've been having is the BA token values in the editor. This must have something to do with setting the value type (float, string, double..etc), but I'd set a value for Max Health to 250 or something like that, but in game I'd see it only about 1.2 or something like that that's a lot lower.
Then I tried setting it to like 1000 and now the in game value becomes something crazy like 244568, and no matter what value I set it in the editor now, it'll be stuck to that large number. Is this a bug or am I not setting these values correctly?
Thanks!
The way the game handles this is the first point used is worth 1% value, and each point after is worth a little bit less, so as you add points, it slowly adds you health or other stats, with diminishing returns.
Where I think you may be running into issues, is the trainer if you click on the value type, switches the value type from the default of dword, which shows you how many points you have put into the stat, like if you had leveled it up legit in game (you still wouldn't know the true stat value until you went in game and went in and out of the screen and looked), to other data types, but won't let you switch it back to dword, which makes it really confusing trying to get it back to a readable type of data.
So don't click on the Type column in the trainer unless you have a really good reason to, you may not be able to change it back without restarting the trainer.
Now trouble shooting aside, I've so far set some of the values such as reload as high as 2500 or so without problem, no crash, and the game saves them fine. I don't know if that is true for all stats.
Edit: Update your trainer if you can still click on the type column

I guess I will restart the character then. Only 10 minutes in anyway.
I wish they'd just move the BA points over from BL2 saves.
How do I know which value type the game stores and how much of that value equals 1 point in game?
Thanks
See if the value matchs with the value ingame. If it doesn't match. Increase it by 1 or so and see if it has any change and how much has changed. Don't nail me down but I think the Badass stats are the only values which are stored differently.
