When it comes to moves I tend to stay away from unlocking stuff like that since some of it may be a scripted mission trigger.

Overall for me who played the game normally aside from only using 1 hit kill on the mobs the brand ability for the most part is generally useless late in the game unless it requires you to use it. Honestly I just found it more interesting to just go around dropping meatsacks, beehives, and then unleashing the waurgs(dog like things) which ended up clearing out areas much faster than a branded army.

BTW don't expect much of an ending because well its a little lackluster with its only good part being the cliffhanger leaving the possiblity for a sequel which I'm sure will happen since many bought this game to bide their time til the next Assassins creed comes out.

The only way I know of unlocking brand before, is to unlock death threat too, you then brand them when trying to do a death threat since that lets them go, however, you need the mission script unlock for the dismiss option and command.

Guys i need help.

the first mission when you learned to brand an enemy and they need to attack eacht other it aint working :s.
when i brand someone they just ran away.
can someone help me pleas.
the thing is i unlocked every abilitie

the only time they would run away is if you grab them, then interrogate and then get them branded, the first mission with the archers(if I remember right) you just need to stealth drain.

the problem is when i stealth drain the also run away :s

I'd say the best solution is simply to plow through the few story quests and unlock the second area. Far as I remember, you get the ability fairly early on as well in the few main quests that pop up.
