thanks alot Caliber for updating the trainer soo quickly!

Right so, even with the game patched and having downloaded the new trainer it still wont work.I'm running windows 8.1, I disable my AV, load the trainer and launch the game and then press F1 at the main menu and still get nothing.

Same issue here, although I do get that "trainer activated" vocal confirmation when I hit F1. After that though none of the other keys work at all.

Steam just installed patch 12.15.2014 today. A quick trial discovered Unlimited Health (numpad 1) no longer works. Time for an update!

is anyone else reporting problems?

Yes the 1-Key does not work any more. The other Keys are ok.
