This game is labeled as MMO. Can anyone confirm this game is truely offline playable (playable with deactivated internet connection) ?!

It's more a multiplayer game than a MMO. Think more along the lines of Rust or The Forest.

You can play it single player as well but personally I wouldn't put resources into creating a trainer as:

1. Its alpha and it's probably going to be updated every few days.

2. At the end of the week the singleplayer version will have GM mode togglable (currently GM mode can only be set on dedicated multiplayer servers - self created single player private servers this is not working ... yet)

3. There is a lot broken with the game (hence the need for lots of updates to the game over the next couple of weeks/months.

Only way to play single player is by creating a game on one of their servers.
