So here's me story
I've used many trainers before with no problem.
Then for around 2 weeks my home internet was cut off.
I wanted a trainer for a game a had so I went to our office building, which has internet, to download the trainer.
I log in and download the trainer just fine. I walk back home and put the trainer on my desktop. I should mention I used a external hard drive to move the trainer to my home PC.
I run the trainer and it tells me "Invalid trainer user" and "This user has been banned".
I try to use another trainer that was already on my home PC and it tell me the same thing.
If I have been banned I assure I wasn't trying to do anything to cause it.
It would cost a lot to buy another "Lifetime" account so if this can be fixed it would be very appreciated.
Thank you for your time.
I should also mention that my home internet is back on.

If your computer still does not have an internet connection, you must create an offline key to authenticate the trainer. Information on how to do this can be found on the troubleshooting guide:

If you have a new connection, you need to log off and clear your cache and cookies and re-download your trainers.

I do have an internet connection nowbut I cleared my cache and cookies anyway and downloaded the trainer for Europa Universalis IV. Sorry to report the problem still persist.
More info about my internet connection; I have the same internet provider, and the same router. The internet was just switched off but we had it cut back on a couple weeks later.
And no I haven't used any VPN software.
More info that might be of use; When I launched the trainer and the window comes up it of course has "Invalid trainer user" in red at eh top of the trainer window but at the very bottom of teh window it says "Authenticating Trainer......". It doesn't change from that.

Clear the Windows temp folder and delete the folder where the trainers are. Disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. Right click run as admin on trainer. Plug PC directly into internet bypassing all network routers and firewalls.

I've tried it all and now the trainer window won't open. When I try to run a trainer a small window pops up telling me I'm banned.

No idea. I just downloaded one of your personalized trainers and it authenticated just fine on my PC. The problem is definitely on your end. You may just have to completely reinstall Windows from scratch and see if you can figure out what is blocking it.

I have similar problems as the OP. I have a fresh Win7 install, with a fresh personalised key from you and everything. When I turn on my internet everything works when I turn it of I also get the user has been banned message. I have only been using my trainers for personal use aswell and have never had this problem before. I've tried troubleshooting everything that could interfere at my end but to no avail.

I hope this can be solved, cause I don't always have acces to internet but still would like to use my trainers.
