Yeah, I understand once, but every time I look at a new page, or anything basically it pops up with a damn captcha to fill in.

Every damn time.

Jesus once aye, to confirm and that should be it, not every time.

Silly Incapsula system.

I'm not getting this, I have my browser set to remember the password for CH and arrive at the site logged in.

DAB you sure your on the CH site bro. As I havent see this issue. Check your settings on your browser sounds like its clearing all the time.

Give it a few minutes and then try again. We've been getting a lot of attacks from bots lately and so I had to turn on an additional layer of security which only affects "suspected" bots. So either your IP, network or possibly VPN settings are triggering the bot system to ask for a CAPTCHA. 99% of regular visitors are not seeing it.

It has stopped now, but I am sure it was because of the SmartDNS I use.
