I get what you're saying there will be a fourth Mass Effect for the PC but it will not be called that.
That isn't what he is saying though, that's what Bioware has said on more than one occasion
essentially it will be a Mass Effect game, but cannot be called ME4 as it won't be a sequel.

That wouldn't really be considered a sequel though. A sequel would include the original characters, which from what I have heard, doesn't really. It is basically a "side game", with the ME4 title.
True. I'm just hoping it isn't a prequel. Never liked prequels. Mainly because no matter what I do it doesn't effect will happens later on.
Of course there will be one, how else would they sell us 999 dlcs with skins for our spaceship?
Fortunately, the Mass Effect series hasn't done that so far.
