Unless I'm doing something seriously wrong, this version isn't compatible with the version from GOG. Any chance we might get a version that works with the GOG version?

Hello. The GOG Version just got Updated Yesterday. Information from the GOG Forums is as follows:

"We updated the the installer as there was a problem with the game deleting your saves when uninstalling. Please download the new installer at your earliest convenience

To properly back up your saves, go to C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Yacht Club Games\Shovel Knight
and copy all the files you find within.

You can just install the new build over your current game but make sure to back up your saves "

The GOG Trainer is currently not working with this version apparently :-(

Trainer no longer works. Game was updated on 19th September.
