Hey folks I also found out that Steam is updating Sniper Elite III again, it seems they're updating the game to combat cheats and trainers other than bug fixes and game changes.
I'll just patiently wait for the next Cheat Happens trainer to come then I'll update the game.

Steam auto-updated my Sniper Elite 3 and now my trainer doesn't work anymore. Is there any way to undo the update so the trainer would work? If not, could the trainer be updated please? Thank you.
