Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hey, I apologize if this is the wrong place to put this. I just noticed when attempting to download a training that required the Lifetime membership, that it said that I needed a lifetime membership. I paid for Lifetime membership back at the beginning of this year and still have the receipt to prove it. I dont know if this was just a mess up or something(I'm hoping so). Is there some way that I can get the lifetime membership without having to pay for it all over again? I understand that obviously some verification will be required. Thanks ahead of time.
