So earlier today I was on cheathappens with absolutely no issues, but I just tried to get on a short while ago and ran into this after a lengthy load attempt...
Error Code 20 The proxy failed to connect to the web server, due to TCP connection timeout.
I have no idea how to fix this and I've had to go on my iPhone's 4g just to post this since I can't access cheathappens ATM.

It is an issue in a certain geo-location within the U.S. We have moved the server to a different provider and should start resolving soon.

Yes, indeedy, that did the trick. I finally got back on around 1:30pm, EDT, in sunny Florida, USA.
Phewww. I was having cold sweats and the jitz. Guess I need an Intervention. Pfffthtt, nah, ta hell with that. Don need no steenking intervention.
