Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hi there, I had requested a trainer for Bet On Soldier:Blood Sport
for a few days now(actually I requested 2 times)but I never received an answer..... I checked also if it was in the Retired post but no and also it took my credits but not been refunded.. If I had read correctly it says that I had to wait for 12-24 hours but it had been days now... Can you give me an update ??

PS: Just in case if you had to know there is cheat for godmode BUT it doesn't work because is a different version my game(a lot of people mention this actually).
