Enemy Front Message Board  

The game runs on cryengine so it may be possible to use the standard cheats like in crysis or state of emergency using config files. However I have had no luck using the usual methods. I was wondering if anyone has had any luck discovering a way to use them.

Unlike the older cryengine games every file in this game is encrypted. The system.cfg isn't but very little you can do with it for cheating. I tried adding g_godMode=1 where it worked on crisis 3 in the system.cfg file but it did nothing.

Yeah I tried editing the game files but every time I do, the game crashes! It's pretty frustrating! Can't wait for the trainer at this rate!

Think they encrypted it to prevent people from cheating in multiplayer.

Does the console "~" work in singleplayer?

I found a cheat that works!
add ai_IgnorePlayer = 1 just below g_deadBodyUtilizationTime2 = 5 near the end of the system.cfg file and the enemies can't see you!

Yep, this works perfectly. I found another cheat. Find system.cfg in game folder, open it and find this lane g_inventoryNoLimits=0 and change it to g_inventoryNoLimits=1. You will able to have new weapons without replacing the old ones. As example you can have mauser k98 non-scoped alongside with scoped version.
