Can confirm trainer doesnt work with v0.08.

Really appreciate all the hard work you guys do!

Hey Cal,

I can also confirm the new steam version (V0.08) no longer allows the trainer to function, i.e., activate trainer and then activate all functions one-by-one, sounds confirm activation, but have no effect in game.

There are about 28 more days until V0.09 is released so not sure if they are sticking with this code or not, but looks like a lot of major changes were in this one so could be the reason.

I can confirm as well, the trainer dose not work with new update.

CORRECTION, after further testing i have found that it only works on a new game, after you save and load the game the trainer dose not work.

Only works on new game, not a saved game

Can you explain me how did you get it to work?

I have steam version and did following:

1. main menu press F1
2. at game press num1 - 5
3. none of the options work for me.

running the programs as sys admin.

I am sure update will come in future but just wanted to test some things with new stuff

apparently it only works with new game..

personally I don't really want to make even more code for this trainer as it updates very week. the trainer is set to update on it's own if possible for the 1000 stupid updates that this unfinished game has.

one possibility is to start a new game, and then load an old save game after making sure the trainer is working on the new game. if the game wont let you do this, then that's pretty stupid coding.

I have no other suggestions for you as the trainer works 100% every time here when I test it.

Ok i did some more testing, the trainer works 80% fine from my tests, i did what you said call, i started a new game and started the trainer and worked like a charm, then i just hit load to load my saved game and the trainer was still active, although the refill health and unlimited health is not working everything else is.

and second, its odd, but i found if when i start the game activate the trainer in the saved game, then hit my num lock on then off then on, then the trainer works, i assume thats bad coding on the game side. Again the health portion dose not work.

All and all it seems the trainer works but the game is just frigidity.

I understand this is a alpha build, and it takes a lot to keep a trainer up for it so i wont complain Cal you guys do great work.

Also i found a "cheat" Type "veganmode" at the title screen and play without cannibals.

ok so this game patched yet again, third time in three days.. PLUS they keep changing their code and offsets each update, likely because some 'thing' they experimented with broke the game or didn't pan out, so it gets removed, changing the code/offsets..

we can't keep updating trainers for incomplete and broken games daily....

does anyone have any fathom of an idea if and when these developers plan to actually be done with this programming experiment of theirs?
