Hey guys,
Searched, couldn't find an answer on the boards. Will the steam version of the trainer work if I purchase the game from, say gamestop?
More specifically, I'm referring to Max Payne 3. It's 5 dollars right now on gamestop (download). Steam version is 20, this is why I'm wondering.

It's only 5 bucks...I think I'll go ahead and purchase it anyway. I'll update this post once I've downloaded it, in case others are wondering.
