Yes. found the current value in CoSMOS 4 Bytes, researched the edict that adds funds per construction in one game, accepted swiss bank funds to change the value in another...checked the current amount in Dynasty window and updated CE search. Bam! Found the sucker and gave myself 800,000,000.

Ok. I have manged to get the Swiss Bank Account addy on mine and got it to hold a 1million. Which is way more than enough. But I havent managed to do the rest.

Pretty much everything is 4 byte value in this game, including power, resources, mines, money, approval etc.

You need to learn about RAM editing with a tool like CoSMOS or artmoney. The individual pages for those tools have links to tutorials.
