Aside from the missing dlc problem I'm having, this game is pretty nice so far imo, not as good as the hype but not bad either
my spec is i5 2500, HD7970, 16gb ddr3, and the fps is ~40-55 when I'm walking, 15-30 with some random freeze while driving, waiting on the new drivers, heard it coming tomorrow ?
And yeah they need to boost up the volume, it's too quiet ._.

So far I am liking it a lot. So versatile in the way you can do things multiple ways.

One thing that bothered me was the sound.... even up full it was very very quiet. Had to boost the volume in Windows a lot more than normal to get to hear it.

+1 about the sound, Wolfenstein suffers from low sound too..

Another +1 about the sound. I normally run my audio volume at about 30-40%, but have to turn it up over 90% to hear this game.

For everyone having sound issues, check out your audio mixer and make sure Windows isn't turning the volume of the game way down. This is what was happening in my case. Apparently Windows mistakes something for a phone call when Watch Dogs starts and so automatically reduces the game's volume so that you can answer... I don't know, answer the game?

Check out the fix at superuser.com here: Link

    Fixed my sound problem.

Edit: You may have to go into the audio mixer and manually turn the volume of the game back up after applying this fix. If you do it before you change the setting, Windows will just turn it back down.

That was the first thing I checked because I had this issue with the game "Singularity", but it's not the case for this one not for me anyway.

Most of the Issues are going to be coming from people that are running AMD video cards/software. AMD is pushing out an update by Friday to Catalyst.

Until then You can try this:
    support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/latest-catalyst-windows-beta.aspx

Though if you are running any of the Mobility Series of cards from AMD, then you might not want to try the beta software. I attempted it tonight, and the driver removed all exsisting AMD video drivers from my system. This was solved by uninstalling all AMD drivers. Which somehow refreshed the old drivers. It would seem that the old drivers were just "masked".

This isn't factual information, it's all opinionated, nothing wrong with that but it's a hard discussion to have. I have 16gb of ram a 4Gb Nvidia 690 and an 8 core 4.2 cpu. I've run it on highest everything, not just ultra, and changed the config file to set it to 1920x1080 w/PC textures. Never a stutter a hiccup or a glitch. (Once or twice I had a car go under ground, but that was after me hitting it with a fire truck. lol)

It's very good looking at max config, better than GTA imho. I liked GTA but it had it's issues. The animations, AI, physics are all a bit better. Worse in areas as well, driving isn't all that good and there could be more stuff to do in MP free roam but the game itself is great. The guide is over 550 pages, so that tells you how much is packed into it.
Grammar and punctuation is the difference between; "I helped my uncle, Jack, off a horse." ...and... i helped my uncle jack off a horse.

This is actually rather factual. Watch_Dogs was built using the Nvidia GameWorks software, which AMD can do little to alter.

If you would take a moment to read the articles below, then you will come to understand.

As you can see the game is meant to be run using Nvidia Hardware/Software. Those of us with AMD, are the ones having the issues.
