hello, by now it seems that some of you have gotten your hands on the game before others, so my question to you is, does it live up to your expectations and the hype?

I have read many comments and threads on other websites that seems to suggest it does not, for example, you would still have functional headlights no matter how many collisions you get your car into.

What are your opinions so far?

I think it is pretty solid...Not the best looking game, and some bugs here and there which I'm sure will be ironed out with a day1 patch.

Already dumped too much time into it, enjoying most of it...Some optimization issues though.

I have encountered no bugs myself, and optimization issues? I run the game perfectly fine, I was trying to play Landmark with a friend of mine yesterday, and he complained that he was lagging hell of a lot and was unable to play the game, he said he searched a bit and found out the game isn't optimized, yet it stays that I had no issues running the game in max settings and borderless with 2 screens and plenty of tabs open in my browser, so if someone can explain to me why people cry optimization issues, when I got no trouble I would appreciate it

As someone else without issues as well, maybe it's that we have better PC's than them? Or maybe they need to update their graphics drivers?

I got shadows flickering in my game? What is that from? Note: I can run every other game perfectly fine at Ultra settings.

Unsure as to why I have flickering in my game? Any help would be appreciated. Not sure what to do at this point ???

I've heard that the game has issues with the NVIDIA 700 series. As the owner of a GTX 760 I can confirm this. The game runs absolutely wonderful when I'm walking, but at a certain point it has to load a part of the world, and it just lags like crazy. This is especially noticeable when driving, and it almost makes driving around impossible.

I have lowered my detail setting to medium with everything else maxed out, and that seems to have done away with some of the lagging.

It isn't my PC.

The game isn't properly optimized.
