Is there any chance you can add an option to rest ammo to 1? If you start a mission with only 1 knife, the unlimited ammo stops you from beign able to pick up anymore, which stops you from being able to throw them, since you cant throw them until you pick another up.

I distinctly remember throwing knives unlimited with the trainer option activated.

try the no reload option?

throwing knives are unlimited with option activated, but only after youve picked up a 2nd knife. When you start a new level, you start with set gear, usually just one knife, and if either no reload or super ammo have been used, the knife is set to 999 but you cant throw a knife because you havnt picked up a 2nd knife yet, and you cant because you have no room for any more. If you check the inventory, when youve picked up more than one knife, your inventory says 'knives', but with just one, it says knife. My inventory shows i have 999 knife.

Mine crashed when I opened the door to get out of the room with the incinerator fire and was unable to recover my save.Don't know if this was the cause, but it was near the end of the 1st chapter and I just used the wonderful CH Unlock all chapters option and moved on to chapter 2.

Assuming you use windows 7, go to your user folder and go to saved games (or navigate to c:\users\yourcompusernamehere\saved games).

Then navigate through the folders until you get into the \base\ folder, and check the error logs there. If you have lots of instances of the game complaining that something is set to 999 you have the same problem I do.

Having the same problem. Only difference is I'm on the moon level and my error log says lkw_reflection is singular but count is 999

Happened right after I got the tesla upgrade. Game will no longer resume. Hope I don't have to start all over.

From best I can tell throwing knives seems to only work when you are a certain distance away from an enemy. The trainer is not affecting your ability to throw them, your distance from an enemy might be the culprit. When I've try to throw them close up, I get a melee attack, when I'm farther away, he throws the knives.
