Saw Godzilla on opening day and I gotta say the film was pretty disappointing. The fight with Godzil

The monsters/Mutos were done really well. The story was cool and the Actors were good.

If you guys remember the old 1950's black and white Godzilla there wasn't any action until the end and we didn't see Godzilla until the end. That's what made it so cool.

Building up to the suspense.

Back then yeah. But now WE want Action we doing want dragged out This Godzilla was just updated rehash.

The movie makers today are prone to make up their science fiction movies with generated visual effects and motion graphic creation. CGI (computer generated imagery).

It begins with, Jurassic Park as the turning point in CGI, that leaves film makers projects to what have been believed to be impossible to films.

It give birth to movies like King Kong, transformers series , 2012 , Pacific Rim, Godzilla and many more ....... to come.

To be honest. Godzilla at every point in the movie would just have people complain that he didn't seem as awesome as he could have, just like eating too much of one thing generally leaves you with a distaste for it for a little while.

Obviously little kids would love it, but this wasn't a movie made specifically for little kids.

Yeah I felt that too ..It fells like gonna pop but the ***t never comes out. It just keep stuck in the stomach.
