A list of VAC games and possible ban?

Hi peeps, I was just wondering with all the recent discussions on soft bans with VAC whether or not people thought that it was a good idea to create a list (that we could perhaps sticky at the top) whereby using a trainer with a VAC game, even in single player could potentially cause problems with your VAC standing. That way we could make informed decisions to use trainers based on what had been occurring with members. I realise that there has been conflicting information but some people like myself would prefer not to risk things with Steam. I have something like 350 games with them. I am curious as to everyone's thoughts, good idea or not, indifferent? Cheers and thanks for reading.
