It will be a good game nothing groundbreaking but solid.

This game will hopefully be quite good, and i honestly think it will. This isn't Spiders first game either. If you haven't played Mars: War Logs then you should do that as well. I look at it this way, MWL was a short game but with some great mechanics and immersion. It honestly felt like a bioware game in a dystopian world. The only problem I had, which frankly is only as such because of my enjoyment of the game, was that it was too short. However, for each moment I played I can say with certainty that I was having fun. From character class customization, to the party system, to crafting and last but not least to the story- all were done quite well, but on a small scale. So, back to the point at hand, my hope is that they will take all the positives and put them into this fantasy setting RPG, but bigger and better.

Similar "menu" at the top left, similar character screen / inventar. Similar graphic and similar camera position. Never heard of it so far. I'm still waiting for an RPG where your choices are free and actually have a real impact on the whole world. Not only a 'three-way-decision' mechanic but a bit more complex. Like skipping main missions but still being able to complete the game.

I guess I'll wait for Sinicki's review on this if he finds some time.

well it comes out tomorrow on steam ( not sure if you can get anywheres else ) and with luck the day after will be a trainer. depending on who cracks one out XD

You are right. It looks incredibly like Dark Soul.

Released and... it SUCKS.
The voice acting is ridiculous, animations are outdated, the highly promoted combat system is probably the worst I've ever seen. Enemies do not react to any hits.

The story is OK though.
