    CHANGES AND ADDITIONS
    Decreased impact of stocks and transactions on market prices
    Reduced the stockpile prices on the market place
    Added a random number of turns between diplomatic proposals to avoid multiple AI proposals at the same turn
    Tweaked a bit the attribute bonuses given by the Sceptre, Wand, Staff and Claws weapons

    Fixed an issue where an infinite end turn occurs in a specific situation
    Fixed an issue where a skippable assert is generated for the host at the beginning of each turn in a multiplayer session (OrderQueueConstruction.Pack)

    Anyone else having this issue? I've tried downloading this file about 15 times. Each time when unzipping I get an error, either CRC doesn't match or file broken errors, and the file doesn't execute or hangs in the middle of executing.
    I have never had issues downloading from here before. Tried a separate download (Endless Space) and it works fine.
    I have tried backing out and having a different file created by the web engine to no avail.

    ***EDIT*** OK, no trainers here are downloading without errors. Unless you're getting reports from anyone else the problem has gotta be my isp talking with your servers. I'm not having issues downloading elsewhere. Just downloaded WinRAR to make sure my WinZip hadn't gone buggy. It executed fine (and, alas, the problem wasn't my WinZip) Grrr.

    Its because the file has damaged by either your browser or your AV (happens if they detect a 'virus' in the download which is a false alarm). Try using a different browser and disable or uninstall your AV.
