For some reason when I go to download the Steam version it begins to download but as it finishes I get a network error that does not allow me to access the file or complete the download. I am able to download the other version of this trainer. Any ideas?

Disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software including browser addons and third party apps. Lower browser security. Try different browsers, etc.
